Camp Cedar Cliff Middle School Retreat - Grades 6th to 8th
Middle school students will experience a taste of summer camp this weekend as they race each other down our double zip-line! They’ll love fun activities like our climbing wall and kicking back to roast s’mores. And they’ll grow closer to God through worship and great Bible speakers.
Youth Speaker: Ed Newton Ed is a full-time evangelist and a passionate Bible communicator with the desire to teach God's Word in a real and relevant way. His mission is to challenge young people and adults to love Jesus unwaveringly and serve other people unconditionally. He and his wife Stephanie and their children live in Lakeland, Tenn.
Worship Leader: Nathan Harbin Nathan Harbin is from Birmingham, Alabama and a graduate of Samford University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion. He spent four years playing lead guitar in various bands until God called him to be a lead worshipper. Nathan’s desire is to be a man who truly seeks the heart of God and you can tell that in his songwriting, as well as how he ministers both on and off the stage. His debut album, Beauty in Madness, was released in 2006 and it is a true picture of the journey that God has taken him to get where he is today.
